Gusto Outfitters’ Bandos are designed to provide years of comfortable use. We warrant that our Bandos are free from manufacturing and workmanship defects. If you are not satisfied with your Bando when you receive it, or if one of our Bandos does not perform to your satisfaction, simply return it to the store you bought it from or directly to Gusto Outfitters for a replacement or a refund.

However, normal wear and tear to the Bando will occur and is not covered by our warranty. Over time, colors may fade and the material may break down with extended use. In addition, using a Bando for any purpose other than for which it is designed is not covered under our Warranty. Our Warranty also does not cover damage caused by accident or by improper customer care or negligence. Our customers assume full responsibility for the safe use of their Bandos.

Bandos are devices that are placed around people’s necks. Therefore, customer must use his or her own good judgement to avoid scenarios where other persons or objects tug, snag or pull on the Bando. Gusto Outfitters assumes no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any injury that occurs when customer is exercising poor judgement when wearing a Bando. All liability for unsafe use rests with the customer.

Our warranty program only applies to products purchased by the original purchaser. Therefore, our Warranty is void if your product was purchased from another person or an unauthorized dealer, or if it was purchased in bulk for use in sample sales. Our Warranty policy requires original proof of purchase.
